Alternatively, you can enter directly on the first floor through the carport entrance for added convenience. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a full-sized bathroom, and a fully equipped secondary kitchen. This level also features a cozy dining area and a secondary living room outfitted with a Roku TV, DVD player, and a selection of movies in the video library. Additionally, the laundry room is located on the first floor with a separate entrance accessible from the backyard. Outside, you can enjoy two charcoal grills, a picnic table, an outdoor shower, and a variety of beach toys and chairs to enhance your beach outings. The second floor of the home is a true highlight, offering breathtaking ocean views that set the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. This level houses the primary kitchen, living room, and dining area, all designed with a bright and open layout that invites natural light to fill the space. The cozy living room provides ample seating, perfect for unwinding or spending quality time together. On this floor, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One features a luxurious king-size bed, while the other offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs for your entertainment and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Between the two bedrooms is a spacious full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo and double sinks for added convenience. The kitchen on this floor is a chef’s dream, boasting high-end appliances, including a 36” Italian gas range, and stocked with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Step outside onto the expansive covered wrap-around deck, which offers polywood furniture and an outdoor dining table. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco meals, take in the ocean breeze, or simply relax as you soak in the stunning views. The third floor of the home is a perfect retreat, featuring both the primary suite and a cozy bunk room. Three spacious living rooms in the house provide the perfect setting for hosting movie nights, game nights, or simply unwinding with your group in total comfort. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with cozy seating areas that ensure everyone has a comfortable spot, along with front-row access to the HDTV. The inviting ambiance is enhanced by plush area rugs, decorative light fixtures, and soft accent pillows and blankets, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. With a living room on each level, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own activities while still being together. Nestled in the highly desirable Sand Point Circle community, our beach house offers an unbeatable location with incredible amenities. Guests have access to a community pool and hot tub conveniently located right across the street, as well as a private boardwalk leading straight to the beach. To top it off, the neighborhood boasts the island's only beachside bar and restaurant, offering a unique dining experience just steps away. We are a new listing because of a change in management, but we are not new. We started hosting in 2021 and gained 30+ 5 star reviews plus a guest favorite badge. Here are some of our reviews from summer 2024! The place is in a great spot for walking to the beach. Quiet at night, which allowed the little ones to rest. Plenty of parking and nice carport area to rinse and keep the pool and beach equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities. Nice area to play board games and relax. Rooms are set up very well. They also have a great washer and dryer. ☀☀☀☀☀Paige Great place! Plenty of room. Games and books were a nice touch.
